Short breaks in Dinard
Dinard is a fabulous destination for a short break.
At the beginning of the 19th century, Dinard was a small fishing community not far from the neighbouring village of Saint Enogat. It began to look more like a seaside resort from the mid-19th century with the arrival of a number of English families and the first aristocratic sea bathing “enthusiasts”. It is now a bustling resort, known as, “The Riviera of the north”, with a hint of glamour, prestigious heritage and host to some world-famous festivals, one being the September International British film festival.
